God is holy in that He is distinct and separate from his creation. He exercises sovereign majesty and power over it; that He is separate from all that is evil and defile (Job. 34:10) which is now inherent in creation by default as a result of Adamic fall. There is no one Holy as He is. (Isa 57:15; 1 Sam. 2:2; Isa. 6:3) His holy character is the standard of absolute moral perfection (Isa. 5:16)
