The day of glory may be future, but its arrival is as sure as if it had already come. This is the climax of our hope. Our hope in Christ is our union to His eternal glory. One day, we will be with Christ to enjoy the benefits of our eternal heavenly citizenship. We have the biblical picture that suffering in this world will grow more intense as the end approaches. The forces of Satan will attack to deceive and destroy the believers. Yet, the pages of the Bible are filled with faith-lifting words to remind us to stay on course with Jesus.
